Dear GCY Community,

 

During a year when almost nothing was certain, there was one thing we here at Grand Canyon Youth could count on: you!

 

Your generosity allowed GCY to protect the health and safety of our participants, staff, and communities by canceling our 2020 season. Now, as we plan our return to expeditions next year, your support will be critical to providing the resources we need to get youth back to the river and the life-changing experiences to be had there.

 

As we head into the winter break, we wanted to share a small gift with you: a poem written by a GCY alumna about the lessons of the river.

 

We wish you a safe and healthy holiday season, and the joy of many Zoom meetings with extended family members and friends!
