A Grand Canyon Youth program is truly a team effort.

We are proud of our strong community partnerships and believe that they truly help us to be more successful. Our partners include:

Grand Canyon Monitoring & Research Center. As part of U.S.Geologic Survey, scientists at GCMRC work to study the effects of Glen Canyon Dam on the Colorado River through Grand Canyon. GCY participants work alongside scientists collecting data related to this important research.

Dinosaur National Monument. Participants in the Wilderness Explorer program work as volunteers with the Weed Warrior program through Dinosaur National Monument.

No Barriers- Youth. We team up with this nonprofit organization for a special program called Leading the Way for visually impaired and sighted students in Grand Canyon as well as other custom education programs.

1 percent for the Planet1% for the Planet. Grand Canyon Youth is a nonprofit partner of 1% for the Planet, working everyday for planet earth!

Mountain Sports. This local Flagstaff business celebrates their community by actively supporting Grand Canyon Youth and other nonprofits through their 1% for the Planet program.

Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Our missions align as we seek to serve youth from rural areas and support the San Juan River system.
